Your tasks
- Technical and organizational management – from the idea to the finished product and after-sales
- Design and development with SolidWorks
- Consistent data maintenance in the ERP system and in CAD
- Supplier communication and optimization of procurement processes
- Development of smart packaging solutions for efficient logistics
- Coordination of conformity assessments and technical documentation
- Close collaboration with product designers and product management
- Product range expansion: Contribute and implement your own ideas – from the sketch to the end customer
- Responsibility for quality, standards and processes
Your profile
- Studies or training in mechanical engineering, construction or product development – or comparable experience
- Interest and experience in one of the areas of gardening, vegetable growing, agriculture or self-sufficiency
- Several years of experience in design, product development or technical management
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g. metalworking, injection molding) and their transfer to product development
- Experienced in using SolidWorks
- Experience with technical documentation and quality management
- Communicative, organized, solution-oriented – and enjoy interdisciplinary work
- Creative, hands-on and motivated to really make a difference
